
Coach Conway enters his 10th season as a Varsity Assistant Coach at Howard High School and 7th year as a Special Education Teacher in the building.
Coach Conway began his coaching career at Howard in 2010 as a Varsity Assistant. The following season, in 2011 he was an assistant coach with the Varsity at Glenelg High School which won the 2A-1A State Championship. During his time at Howard, Coach Conway has been apart of County championships in 2014, 2015, and 2016, as well as six Regional Championships from 2013-2016 and 2018-2019.
In 2015 he helped lead the program to a 4A-3A State Championship. In addition to Coaching in Howard County, Coach Conway also has also coached at the club level for Rock Lacrosse where he coached various age groups; including U-11, 2017, and 2020.
Before his coaching career, Coach Conway grew up in Howard County and played at Glenelg High School, graduating in 2005. At Glenelg, he was a two year starting Attackman and was named 1st team All-County in 2005. After graduating from Glenelg he continued his playing career at Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pa. At Lycoming, he was a two-year starter on offense.
